About us
Trámite Listo is an independent project by Eduardo Bernardo Keser, from Yerba Buena, Tucumán, Argentina. It started from a simple need: almost every procedure asks you to upload documents as PDFs, with a maximum file size or in a specific format, and the tools available online usually ask you to sign up, add watermarks or upload your documents to unknown servers.
What we do
We offer free tools to prepare documents: merge, split, compress, rotate and sign PDFs, convert photos to PDF and PDF to JPG, shrink images, compare documents and calculate deadlines with Argentine holidays. We also write step-by-step guides for paperwork that comes up at difficult times, such as birth paperwork and death paperwork.
We also run two sister sites: Precio Justo, with calculators for pricing a job, net salary, aguinaldo (the Argentine mid-year and year-end bonus), vacation pay and VAT, and ¿Qué cocino?, a recipe finder for cooking with what you have at home. Both are in Spanish.
How we protect your data
All the tools run inside your browser. Your files are not uploaded to any server: nobody else can see them and we do not keep copies. You do not need to register or leave an email. You can read the details in the privacy policy.
Where the information comes from
The legal data we use (holidays, deadlines, caps, tax rates, procedure requirements) comes from official sources: the Boletín Oficial, argentina.gob.ar, and the laws and agencies of each province. On each page we cite the source and the update date. If we could not verify a piece of data in an official source, we do not publish it or we say so. Even so, the tools and guides are an aid: for an important decision, always confirm with the agency or with a professional.
How it is funded
The site is free and is supported by Google AdSense ads and by voluntary contributions from people who want to buy us a coffee. We do not sell data or charge for the tools.
