Sign a PDF without printing it
They send you a rental contract, a school permission slip, a quote or a letter and ask you to return it signed. Printing, signing and scanning takes time and sometimes you do not have a printer. With this tool you draw your signature on your phone screen or with a mouse, place it in the exact spot and download the signed PDF in a minute.
If your signature looks better on paper, sign on a white sheet, take a photo and upload it: we remove the white background so only the strokes remain. You can also add your printed name and DNI below it, as on a paper signature, and put the signature on every page if you are asked to sign each sheet.
Is it the same as a digital signature?
No. What this tool does is add an image of your signature to the document. Under Argentine law, that is an electronic signature. A digital signature is something different: it uses a certificate issued by a licensed certifier and lets you verify who signed and that the document was not modified afterwards (Law 25.506, articles 2 and 5).
The signature you add here works for most private documents that accept a scanned signature: contracts between individuals, authorizations, letters, quotes or forms you will send by email afterwards. Your signature and your document are not uploaded
A signature is very sensitive data. That is why everything happens inside your browser: neither the PDF nor your signature goes through any server, and we do not keep a copy of your signature.
Frequently asked questions
How do I sign a PDF from my phone?
Choose the PDF, draw your signature with your finger in the box, tap the page where it goes and download the signed PDF. You do not need to install any app.
Can I use a photo of my signature?
Yes. Sign on a white sheet, take a close-up photo in good light and choose “Upload a photo of your signature”. We remove the white background automatically.
Can I sign several pages?
Yes. Place the signature on each page you want, or use “Put on all pages” to repeat it in the same spot on every sheet.
Is it legally valid?
It is an electronic signature, which works for most private documents that accept a scanned signature. It is not a digital signature with a certificate: if a procedure requires a digital signature, this tool does not replace it.
Does the rest of the document change?
No. We only add the image of your signature in the spot you chose. The text stays selectable and the quality does not change.
Are my signature or my PDF uploaded to the internet?
No. Everything is processed inside your browser and we do not keep your signature.
